Terms & Payment
General- All beauty products are authentic and are imported from Japan or Taiwan, unless stated.
- Goods sold are not refundable/ returnable particularly beauty products with exception of defective goods, which are rare or when products are out of stock. Should there be any returns or exchanges take place, customers must bear all postage costs.
- Goods sold are on first-come-first-serve basis. AiCa can reserve the merchandise for a certain number of days (refer below) and if we do not hear from you after that we will release the goods for sale. Just send us a kiss and tell us which item you would like to reserve!
- Cosmetics- Up to 3 days
- Shiseido Tsubaki- One week
- Fashion goods (including Hello Kitty)- One week
- For out-of-stock items, please check with us whether the item can be
pre-ordered. However delivery time varies. For more details, please see
under Pre-Order Rules.
- AiCa aims to provide photos for products to appear as accurate as possible but please note that the actual product may differ slightly due to camera lighting/ angle and browser settings. Goods sold are final. See 'General' item 2.
- Terms and conditions are subject to changes in future.
Payment- Payment can be made into Maybank, Public Bank or CIMB. After checkout and stock availability confirmation, AiCa will email customer payment instructions.
- Kindly attach a copy of your payment confirmation (print screen or scan copy of the receipt) with your AiCa Order # to us in your email.
*Reference number is not needed as we are unable to check from our side.

ATM Machine Deposit
Please note that most ATM machines accept RM5, RM10 & RM50 notes only so please round up to nearest 5 ringgit when depositing cash. AiCa will return the change accordingly. Orders will not be sent out if payment is insufficient!
- PayPal is accepted too, for both local and overseas customers.
- Payment has to be made within 2 days; kindly inform us if you cannot make your payment on time. Otherwise the transaction will be cancelled. See also under General item 3.
- SERIOUS shoppers please! Affaires may not be your cup of tea or you may not take it seriously but we do here at Ai Candy affaire. Feel free to send us kisses but please resist the temptation to order and then missing in action.
- Advance payment has to be made for pre-order goods.
