Shipping & Handling

General

1. We will post out your orders within 1 to 2 days (except for weekends and Public Holidays) after your payment are being made.
2. We will not be held responsible for lost packages or damages incurred while in transit although we will ensure that all merchandises are properly wrapped and packed.
3. All postages are registered and trackable. Tracking number will be provided after goods have been shipped out. Please visit www.pos.com.my to check the delivery status of your order.

Local Orders

1. Delivery is via registered post or e-parcel services by POS MALAYSIA. Both are traceable.
2. Additional charges will be incurred when customer opt for PosLaju services.
   
3. Customer can also opt for self collection at the following locations:
    
   • Puchong, near Tesco (Monday to Thursday)
     After 7pm
   • Taman Desa (Saturday to Sunday)
     Time to be advised
   
   
We will contact you after checkout or please email us for more information. Self collection is subject to both parties' availability.

We do COD at the following places. Kindly note that COD is subject to both parties' time arrangement.

Postage & Handling for Cash on Delivery (CODs)

1. Please note that handling fee is applicable for CODs (Cash on Delivery).
   Why does AiCa charge for COD? This is because petrol is consumed when we meet up with you. Not forgetting there are parking fees charged at shopping malls and commercial buildings too.
   
2. Please note that PosLaju does not deliver liquid goods. Thus for liquid items, only registered post can be used.

We aim to ship worldwide but our Shipping Costs Estimator may not have included all countries. Please enquire with us for rates if you found the postage rates given by the estimator is way too high. It means your shipping destination is not in the list yet.
